Subspecialty applications: The application must be submitted by the agenda closing date in order to be reviewed at the Review Committee meeting.
Core Residency applications: Because a new residency application requires a site visit, both the application and the Accreditation Field Representative’s Site Visit Report verifying/clarifying the application must be received by the Review Committee staff by the agenda closing date.
Subspecialty applications: The application must be submitted by the agenda closing date in order to be reviewed at the Review Committee meeting.
